Orange - Interim Technical Review

Orange, one of the major UK mobile phone companies, are developing a web-based system to allow dealers to register a new mobile phone online.  We acted as independent external consultants to review the project and write a report commenting on:

• the technical architecture
• the design of the system
• the implementation of that architecture
• the flexibility to respond to change
• how well the system meets the needs of the business
• possible future migration options
